Organisational restructure at Nelson Croom
Nelson Croom has made some changes to its organisational structure in response to its rapid expansion.
Nicola Dann has joined in the newly created Account Manager role. Nicola was previously at EMAP as Education and Information Services team leader in the IT department. She has a strong background in training and e-learning, including vast experience writing and creating learning materials.
"I'm passionate about e-learning and the opportunities it provides for learning. This is a great challenge for me and I'm looking forward to getting to know our customers and their needs so that we can deliver the best elearning product and experience possible" says Nicola.
On the development team, Angela Cleland has accepted the newly created role of Development Manager. Angela joined Nelson Croom in 2004 as online learning developer and has played a key role in building Nelson Croom's expertise in transforming content for learners. Angela will continue with development work and in addition will co-ordinate the work of the team as a whole.
Jacqui Nelson has become Business Development Manager. She will be working with professional associations in business, marketing and support services sectors. She will also continue to work with some existing clients such as EphMRA, IRRV, MRS and Addaction. Jacqui joined Nelson Croom in 2005 as Project Manager, with many years experience in senior marketing and project management roles.
"We are growing quickly and that is great for the business, but it's good for the people too. It's good to welcome new people with new ideas and at the same time see the people we have growing into new roles."
Alan Nelson, Managing Director, Nelson Croom
