We facilitate learning - our courses allow learners to make decisions about what they want to learn and how they want to learn it. We create resources that enable learners to find their way quickly to the material that meets their needs and to engage with it in a way that suits their learning style. For example, one learner may have a particular interest in a topic and want to drill down for more information, while others may already be expert in the same topic and want to move on more quickly to a topic which they are interested in.

Good online learning can facilitate this so that everyone remains engaged and interested. We call this diffused learning to distinguish it from more traditional focused learning experiences that typically have a single starting point and a linear approach to navigation.
